Special Gothambu Dosa
Variety type of gothambu dosa
Ingredients
- 2 cup Wheat flour
- 1 tbsp Curd
- 1/2 cup Dosa Batter
- 2 nos Green chillies
- 5 nos Shallots chopped
- 4 nos Curry leaves
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- For preparing special gothambu dosa, mix all in a blender.
- Lightly blend it and make a smooth batter.
- Pour oil in tawa and pour 1 ladle of batter and make dosa.
- Special gothambu dosa is ready.
