Ingredients: 2 nos Beet roots (boiled, peeled & grated); 1 no Apple (grated); 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds (mashed & pulped); 2 nos Eggs (beaten); 1 litre Milk (boiled); 3 tbsp Cream (fresh); 3 tbsp Condensed milk; 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder (Elakka podi)

2 nos Beet roots boiled, peeled & grated
1 no Apple grated
1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds mashed & pulped
2 nos Eggs beaten
1 litre Milk boiled
3 tbsp Cream fresh
3 tbsp Condensed milk
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder Elakka podi

Instructions

For preparing special ice cream, mix together milk, eggs, condensed milk, cream, pomegranate pulp, apple, cardamom, sugar & beetroot.
Blend in a mixer for 1 minute till smooth.
Pour into a dish & freeze till firm before serving.
