Instructions
  1. For preparing special karkadaka kanji, grind aashaali, fenugreek seeds, cardamom, cumin seeds, ayamodakam and viyaalari kkaambu to a fine powder.
  2. Cook chennellary in water.
  3. Add a little of the above powder when the rice is cooked. Allow it to cook well.
  4. Special Karkadaka kanji is ready. Serve with indhuppu and coconut milk.
