Instructions
  1. mix liver with all the powders
  2. take all spices
  3. heat a pan
  4. Add oil to it and when its hot, add the spices
  5. sauté it well and then add ginger and garlic
  6. sauté it for 2 minutes.
  7. then add liver to it
  8. stir well and add pudhina leaves .
  9. close it for 5 minutes.
  10. then open it and stir .
  11. add onion to it
  12. stir well.
  13. cook it in a low flame and let it fry well.
  14. when the oil gets out and its nicely fried off the flame.
  15. transfer to the serving dish.
