  • Mango essence(Few drops) -
  • Food coloring(Few drops, orange) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing special mango ice cream, blend mangoes and make pulp.
  2. Mix the pulp & sugar. Beat well.
  3. Put all the ingredients: milk, cream, egg, mango essence and food coloring in a mixer except mango pieces & a little cream.
  4. Add the mango pulp & whip for about 15-20 minutes till light & frothy
  5. Freeze this mixture.
  6. Remove the mixture when semi-solid & whip again for five minutes.
  7. Serve decorated with cream & mango pieces.
