Instructions
  1. Marinate chicken with salt, ginger and vinegar. Keep it for an hour.
  2. Mix the powders (chilly powder, garam masala and turmeric ) together.
  3. Add ¾ of this to chicken and keep for 15 more minutes.
  4. Deep fry the chicken pieces.

  7. In a deep pan with 1 tsp of oil, add coconut, curry leaves and green chillies followed by fried chicken.
