600 g Prawns
2 tsp Garam masala
Ginger garlic paste - 15g
4 nos Green chillies
2 branch Curry leaves
30 g Onion chopped
1 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
25 g Pepper powder
150 g Tomato chopped
Tamarind lemon sized
1 coconut Coconut milk
80 g Oil
Salt As reqd

Instructions

For preparing special prawn curry, fry the ingredients: garam masala, green chillies, curry leaves and onion in oil till it turns brown in colour.
Add the ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and pepper.
Add tomato to it and then add tamarind water as required.
Add coconut milk to it and cook.
When the curry boils add the prawn to it and cook well.
