Instructions
  1. Boil tomatoes with 1 cup of water for 5 minutes.
  2. Add tamarind juice to this and boil for 2 minutes.
  3. Grind cumin seeds, pepper, garlic and coriander leaves.
  4. Add ground mix and keep it aside.
  5. grind tomato pieces also.
  6. Blend them to get smooth puree.
  7. Next heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds When mustard crackles add dry red chilly and curry leaves
  8. Add rasam powder to that and stir for a minute.
  9. Mix with tomato mix and mix all together .Then boil for 2 minutes.
  10. Now rasam is ready.Add some coriander leaves to this
  11. we can serve rasam with hot rice.
