For preparing spicy and authentic pork gravy, first marinate the pork with onion, ginger, garlic, salt and ground roasted masala for 3 hours in refrigerator.
Take a vessel, add the marinated pork pieces and 3 cups of water. Cook for 15 minutes.
Then lower the flame and cook covered for one hour stirring occasionally.
Once cooked, add vinegar and cook for another 15 minutes.
Add the roasted mustard and fenugreek seeds in the curry and remove from the flame.
