Spicy And Simple Mango Pickle
5 mins pickle with mangoes
Ingredients
- 3 nos Mangoes cut into small pieces, medium
- 3 tbsp Chilly powder
- 20 nos Dry red chillies Kollamulaku
- 1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds Uluva
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida powder Kayam
- Salt As reqd
- Mustard seeds
- Curry leaves
- Oil
Instructions
- Fry dry chillies and fenugreek seeds.
- Grind together the fried chillies and the fenugreek seeds.
- While grinding, add chilly powder and grind again.
- Add the ground paste to the mango pieces and mix well.
- :- If u want, you can add a little water also.
- Season it with spluttered mustard seeds and curry leaves.
