Spicy Baby Crabs
Delicious and Yummy Baby Crabs cooked in Spices

Baby crabs
washed and cleaned
1
tsp
Mustard seeds
4
nos
Green chillies
finely chopped
1
no
Onion
chopped, large size
Ginger
garlic
paste - 1 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
a few
2
nos
Tomato
chopped
2
tsp
Red chilly powder
1
tsp
Turmeric powder
1
tsp
Tamarind
paste
Puli
3
tsp
Oil
Salt
as reqd
Coriander leaves
to garnish
Instructions
Wash the crabs and cut each into two pieces.
Heat the
oil
in a pan and crackle the
mustard seeds
.
Add the
green chillies
,
curry leaves
, onions and saute till the onions are transparent. 4)Add the
ginger
-
garlic
paste and saute for about 3 minutes or till the onions are light brown.
Add the chopped tomatoes, red
chilli powder
and
turmeric powder
.
Stir well and fry till the
oil
separates.
Add the baby crabs,
tamarind
paste and
salt
.
Add a little
water
if required and mix well.
Cover and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
:- Yummy spicy Baby
Crab
is ready. :- Serve the Spicy Baby Crabs hot with rice or rotis :- Enjoy eating Spicy Baby Crabs!!
