  • Heat oil in a kadai and add crushed ginger and garlic.
  • Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Saute for 1 minute and add curry leaves.
  • Then add sliced egg pieces.
  • Combine the eggs with the masala slowly and cook it for 2 minutes in low flame.
  • Convert into a plate and serve!:-)
