Instructions
  1. boil the noodles by adding salt
  2. heat oil in the pan and saute the green chili
  3. add carrot, onion, capsicum and spring onion and saute it for 5 mins
  4. add salt and mix well
  5. add garam masala and mix it
  6. add egg and scramble with the vegetables
  7. add black pepper and mix it and allow to cook for 2 mins
  8. add soya sauce and mix it
  9. add boiled hakka noodle and mix it
  10. allow to cook for 2 mins in medium flame
  11. now spicy carrot hakka noodle is ready to serve
