Instructions
  1. Cut the florets and wash it.
  2. Cook the florets with little salt in a pan with water.
  3. Heat oil in a fry pan.
  4. Splutter mustard seeds and aniseeds.
  5. Add onion and fry well.
  6. Add ginger-garlic paste and continue frying until raw smell of ginger garlic disappears.
  7. Add cooked florets, turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
  8. Add few drops of water and mix thoroughly.
  9. :- Serve as a side dish with Rice.
