For preparing spicy chicken burger, mix minced chicken with all the ingredients: egg yolk, shallots, spring onions, pepper powder, tomato sauce, crushed garlic and bread crumbs.
Marinate the chicken mixture for 15 minutes.
Divide the mixture into eight parts and shape into round cutlets.
Take a tawa and heat. Place the cutlets on the tawa and fry by pouring oil on top of each cutlet. Fry on both sides.
Spicy chicken burger is ready. Place over burger buns and garnish accordingly with grated cheese, salad cucumber pieces and lettuce.
Serve spicy chicken burger hot with tomato ketchup.
