Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy chicken chukka, first marinate chicken with pepper, salt and sweet chilly sauce.
  2. Marinate it for 1 hour.
  3. In a pan, pour oil .
  4. When hot, add chicken pieces and fry it.
  5. When chicken turns color, add onion, ginger-garlic paste and fry it.
  6. Add green chillies and fry it.
  7. Add garam masala, coriander powder, chilly powder and turmeric.
  8. Add salt and cover it with a lid.
  9. Fry it for sometime.
  10. Sprinkle water and cook it well.
  11. When done, and water is fully evaporated, add cumin powder, curry leaves.
  12. Make it a dry masala.
  13. Spicy chicken chukka is ready.
