Spicy Chicken Pepper Masala
Pepper masala
Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 4 nos Dry red chillies
- 2 nos Onion chopped
- 3 nos Green chillies
- 1 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
- 2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 2 nos Tomato chopped
- Curry leaves Few
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- For preparing spicy chicken pepper masala, marinate chicken with vinegar, pepper and salt.
- Fry it in oil. Keep aside.
- Add green chillies. Add dry chillies, chilly powder and coriander powder.
- When done, serve it hot.
