Spicy Chicken Saute This is more of an Indian-Chinese recipe ½ kg Boneless chicken breast2 tbsp Oil½ tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)½ tsp Coriander seeds (crushed)½ tsp Onion seeds (Khalonji)½ tsp Fennel seeds (Perinjeerakam)½ tsp Mustard seeds½ tsp Fenugreek seeds (Uluva)16 nos Curry leaves2 nos Onion (finely chopped)1 tsp Ginger paste1 tsp Garlic paste1 tsp Mild chilli powder¼ tsp Turmeric powder2 tbsp Thick tomato puree1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)Lemon juice Cut the chicken into strips. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Fry seeds. Add leaves, onions, ginger, garlic, chilly and turmeric powder. Stir in puree. Moisten with a little water. Stir and fry chicken for 3 mins. Lower the heat and continue cooking until tender. Add the chillies and coriander and finish with lemon juice. Chinese
