Spicy Chilli Momo

This is very famous in Nepal. This is very long process but if we got momo easy means we can do simple. I already posted momo with simple step for reference I again posted momo with sauté with spicy chilli momo.

For sauting :
  • Oniopn - 1 chopped
  • Garlic and green chili - 2 tsp
  • Szechuan sauce - 2 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - ½ tsp
  • Oil - 4 tbsp

Instructions
  1. In bowl add flour and salt. mix well and make dough.
  2. In pan add oil and temper ginger and sauté onion
  3. Now add grated veggies and mix well
  4. When its cooked well without moisture add salt and pepper
  5. Now make small ball flat thin with roll pin
  6. Now stuff veggies and fold like this. ( refer pic)
  7. Now do all rest and steam for ten min in steamer.
  8. Now in bowl add little water and Szechuan sauce
  9. Mix well with salt and soya sauce
  10. Now in pan add oil and temper garlic and green chili
  11. Now add onion sauté well and add that spicy mixture cook for 2 minutes
  12. Now add steamed momo and mix well cook for 5 minutes in a high flame
  13. Now the Spicy Chilli momo ready to serve.
