  • Ginger(sliced) - 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies(sliced) - 5 nos
  • Capsicum(sliced) - 1 no

  • Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Ajino moto(A pinch) -
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Vinegar - 1/2 cup

Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy chilly beef, take a bowl and mix vinegar, pepper, ajino moto, sugar, salt, green chillies and soya sauce. Keep aside.
  2. Pressure cook the beef with salt.
  3. Marinate the cooked beef in the vinegar mixture for 1 hour.
  4. Drain the beef and mix with corn flour. Keep aside the drained water.
  5. In a pan, heat oil and fry the beef slices. Keep aside.
  6. In the same oil add onion, capsicum and ginger.
  7. Add the beef slices and pepper.
  8. Add the drained vinegar water and fry for few minutes.
  9. Spicy hot beef chilly is ready.
