As soon as you get the rotisserie chicken(while it is still hot), remove the legs and bones and cut them into very small pieces, as small as possible. Make sure you leave some bones in it. You can remove the skin or leave it, depending on how much diet conscious you are. Keep it aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add gingergarlic paste and add cut chilly(pepper). Put in medium high flame.
Add onions. Fry them until they are dark brown. Then reduce the flame to medium.
Now add the chicken to it and some more oil, salt, chilly powder, pepper powder. Do not cover the vessel.
Add Shaan meat masala powder (4-5 spoons). Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the tomato pieces. Cook for 5 minutes. Make sure the tomato pieces have been juiced out. This is now ready to serve.
