Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy egg vindaloo, first grind together red chillies, ginger, garlic and cumin seeds with a little vinegar and salt to taste.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry chopped onion until golden in color.
  3. Add ground red chilly paste and cinnamon and saute in low heat until oil accumulates on top.
  4. Stir in sugar, remaining vinegar and garam masala.
  5. Add the eggs and cook till gravy thickens.
  6. Spicy egg vindaloo, an apt dish with rice or rotis is ready. Serve hot.
