First grind together green chillies, garliccloves, green pepper corns(optional), lemon juice, 2 tbsp olive oil and required salt to a smooth chutney like consistency.
Stir in the washed and drained fish pieces and blend the masala paste evenly on all sides.
Keep the marinated fish in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Place the fish pieces in the grill rack.
Grill fish for 5 minutes or more as per requirement. Turn over and grill again for another 5 minutes.
Spicy grilled fish/chutta meen is ready. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
