Spicy Kaara Chutney Easy Spicy Kaara Chutney 2 nos Tomato5 nos Garlic pods4 nos Red chillies (Kollamulaku)1/4 cup Coriander leaves (chopped)1 tbsp Green gram (Cheruparippu)1 tbsp Red lentilsSalt (As reqd)1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)1 tbsp Coriander seeds1 tsp Mustard seedsBlack gram(Uzhunnuparippu) for seasoningOil (As reqd for seasoning) Saute the red lentils, green gram, coriander seeds, red chillies and cumin seeds.Grind them with the other ingredients.Heat small amount of oil in the pan.Splutter mustard seeds and black gram.Add the ground paste to it and cook for 5 - 10 mins.:- Serve with Idli, Dosa, Uthappam & Kuzhi paniyaram. Well. I was the first one tasted this receipe. Its excellant. If you add a bit of ghee with it while taking with Idli, Dosa or Paniyaram….Fantastic….
