Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a clay pot and splutter mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds.Then add sliced tomato and green chilly.
  2. When it becomes soft,add red chilly powder,turmeric powder and coriander powder.saute till the raw smell goes away.
  3. Add water and salt.cover and bring it to boil.
  4. Add fish pieces ,cover and cook it for 5 minutes in medium flame.
  5. Make a fine paste out of coconut,shallots,and fennel seeds with little water.
  6. Once the fish is cooked Add ground coconut and mix well.add water if required.
  7. Heat oil in another plan,add chopped shallots and saute till nice brown in colour and mix it with curry.
  8. Spicy King Fish Curry With Coconut is ready now.
