Spicy Marination For Storing Thawed Chicken To bake or make any indian curry 1 kg Chicken breast (skinless and boneless, thawed)Ginger (garlic paste - 1/2 tsp)1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Hot chilli powder1 tsp Moms masala powder (Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamom in equal measures of 2 dsp, quarter of a nutmeg, 1 tbsp each aniseed, jeera and whole black pepper)1/2 tsp Salt (or as reqd)2 tbsp pizza sauce (optional) Cube the chicken breast and keep aside.Mix all the ingredients except chicken and make a paste, adding just enough water to it.Smear it over the chicken and leave it in the refrigerator in a closed container.Curry it in any indian style u want.:- It can be baked with vegetables without adding more spices. :- Use in portions or as whole, as per the requirement of the family.
