Rajasthani Poories made with Fenugreek(Uluva/Methi) leaves

Green chillies
chopped into small pieces
Salt
As reqd
Oil
for frying
Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients.
Knead them well to form a dough.
Roll them out into small poories.
Heat
oil
in a pan or a kadai.
Make poories the usual way.
