Curry leaves
Few
Coconut oil
As reqd
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing spicy payar thoran, first heat
oil
in a kadai. Splutter
mustard seeds
.
Crush
onion
, dry chillies and
garlic
. Add this to
oil
and saute. Add long beans and fry again.
Add
salt
and little
water
. Cook well in low flame.
When done, add
coconut
grated and mix well.
Oil
should be separated from it.
Spicy payaru thoran is ready.
