Instructions
  1. Marinate beef with all the masalas and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Pressure cook the beef until almost done.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai.
  4. Add curry leaves and then add cooked beef.
  5. :- Do not add the stock.
  6. While frying, add green chillies and saute until it turns brownish black.
  7. :- You can have it like this if you prefer dry fry or else you can add the stock and cook for 5 more mins.
