Spicy Prawns With Mango Chutney Tongue tickling prawn starter For the spicy prawns:-1 tsp Chilly powder5 nos Prawns (shell and heads removed)2 tbsp Olive oilBaby spinach (A small bunch)For the mango chutney:-3 tbsp Honey1 tbsp White vinegar½ of Ripe mango (peeled and cut into small dice)1 no Spring onion (chopped) Coat the prawns in the chilli powder.Heat the oil in a small pan.Fry the prawns for 2 mins or until cooked through.For the spinach, heat the oil in a sautT pan and add the spinach and cook for 1 - 2 mins.For mango chutney:- 1)Place all the ingredients in a pan and gently simmer over a low heat for 4 - 5 mins.Transfer the spinach to a serving plate and serve the prawns on top. :- Serve the mango chutney alongside.
