Spicy Sausage Masala is a delicious and tasty recipe. This masala is a simple and quick recipe to do as for lunch and dinner. In our busy life, quick dishes can be easily made by storing the frozen sausages. It is soft when we transfer to cold water and cut into thin slice.We do not need to add water to cook this recipe because sausage leaves more water. We add onions for this masala and a few spices, ginger and green chilis. So, it turns into a good moisturize to the entire recipe. We cook this masala until it coated on sausage. Instructions
  1. Remove sausage from packet and put in cold water for 20 mins.
  2. Cut Sausage into small pieces.
  3. Chop onions, green chilly and ginger finely.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Splutter mustard seeds.
  6. Keep stove on low flame.
  7. Add chopped ginger, green chillies and onion ansd saute.
  8. Add tomato (optional).
  9. When the onion gets transparent, add chilli powder, tumeric powder, pepper powder and garam masala powder.
  10. Saute till oil separates.
  11. Add tomato paste.
  12. Add the sausage pieces and stir well.
  13. Add salt according to taste.
  14. Cover the lid, cook on low flame, till the gravy is dry.
  15. :- Serve hot with rice or chappathis.
