Instructions
  1. Wash the kelangu well and cut it in to square pieces.
  2. Wash it once again.
  3. Boil them for 15 mins by adding little salt and water.
  4. :- Or you can pressure cook upto 4 whistles.
  5. Deep fry the cooked pieces in oil.
  6. After frying, add turmeric, chilly powder and salt to taste.
  7. Heat oil in a pan.
  8. Splutter mustard seeds and black gram.
  9. Add the fried pieces in it and mix well.
