Ingredients

Shrimps
Chemmeen

Onion

Coconut Oil
preferred

sprig
Curry leaves
1/4
cup
Water
For Marination:
2
tsp
Chilly powder
1
tsp
Black
pepper powder
1
tsp
Coriander powder
1/4
tsp
Turmeric powder
Instructions
Marinate the cleaned shrimps with all the powders and
salt
for atleast half an hour.
Tranfer the shrimps to a shallow pan.
Cook the shrimps with 1/4 cup
water
. :-It should be done by 10 mins.
When all the
water
has dried up, add
oil
and the sliced onions and
curry leaves
.
Fry stirring in between and also check the level of
salt
.
Remove from stove when the onions turn translucent and set in.
:-Do not fry for more than 5-10 mins or else the shrimps would turn hard.
:-Serve the Spicy Shrimp Fry with hot rice.
:-The same recipe can be used for making liver fry also:)
