1 cup Spinach (Cheera)1/2 cup Paneer (crushed)1 no Onion (finely chopped)3 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)1 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)2 nos Green chillies (finely chopped)1/4 tsp Pepper powderBread crumbs (As reqd, dry)Curry leaves (As reqd, finely chopped)Coriander leaves (As reqd, finely chopped)Oil (As reqd for frying)Salt (As reqd) Take a frying pan and pour oil. Heat the oil and fry the chopped onion until golden in color.Add ginger, garlic and green chillies and fry for some time.Stir in chopped spinach and cook with a covered lid in low heat until dry.Add required salt and add crushed paneer.Remove from fire and stir in curry leaves, coriander leaves and pepper powder. Mix gently.Take a small portion of the spinach mixture and roll out into a long kebab with your hand.Repeat preparing kebabs with the remaining spinach mix.Take a frying pan and pour sufficient oil for frying. Heat the oil.Roll out the kebab in bread crumbs and dip into the boiling oil. Lower the heat and fry the kebab on both sides until golden.Spinach kebab is ready and serve with tomato sauce.
