Instructions
  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  2. Blanch the spinach leaves.
  3. Blend the blanched spinach leaves along with salt and sugar in a mixer grinder to make a smooth paste.
  4. Mix together wheat flour and maida well.
  5. Add the spinach paste and mix well.
  6. Knead it to make a stiff dough with milk.
  7. :- Do not use water for kneading.
  8. Keep the dough for about an hour.
  9. Divide the dough into small balls.
  10. Roll them into small poories.
  11. Deep fry them in oil.
