Tomato

Ginger

Coriander leaves

As reqd

Instructions
For preparing
spinach
soya chunks biriyani, soak soya chunks for 30 minutes. Slice it into 4.
Pour
oil
and
ghee
in cooker. Saute cinnamon,
cloves
and
cardamom
. Add
onion
,
capsicum
,
green chillies
,
tomato
,
ginger
and
garlic
.
Add soya chunks and
spinach
. Mix well.
Add
turmeric
,
salt
,
water
, coriander leaves and
mint leaves
.
When
water
starts to boil, add rice. Mix it and cook.
When done, transfer it to a serving plate. Decorate with cashew nuts.
