Instructions
  1. Wash paalak (spinach) thoroughly, and chop it finely.
  2. Wash masoor dal.
  3. Put both in a pressure cooker and cook for 20 mins.(up to 3 whistles.)
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Stir till the raw smell of ginger /garlic goes and the oil starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  6. Add cooked masoor dal and paalak.
  7. Add pure ghee and cook for another 5 mins.
  8. :-Serve hot with Plain Rice, Papad and fried "Dahi - Mirchi".

Not good at all!!!! I think when coriander powder is added, it gave off a slightly bitter taste

i added 1 tomato with that which gave me a different taste
