Spring Onion Sabji is a delicious dish, a variant from usual dishes. Spring onions or green onions are finely chopped for preparing the dish. Spring onions are usually sold in bunches. When onion bulbs are small, the leaves are believed to be fresher. Spring onion leaves start wilting in two or three days. We have included a delicious and simplified version of Spring Onion Sabji. Chopped spring onions are cooked with gingergarlic paste and other ingredients. Enjoy Spring Onion Sabji with chappathi or roti.
Add chopped tomato pieces and mix well.
