Instructions
  1. For the Filling:Chop onion, carrot, capsicum and green chilies.
  2. Add the above ingredients to the heated oil and sauté well.
  3. Add boneless chicken cut into small pieces into the above mix. Again sauté well. Season it with salt and pepper.Filling is ready. Keep it aside.
  4. For the pancake:With 2 cups of Maida add 2 tbsps. Of corn flour into it. Pour egg liquid into it and mix it well.
  5. Now pour it on a heated pan to make it in a round shape.
  6. Pan cake is ready too ?now how to make spring roll?
  7. Make it according to the illustrated picture.
  8. Now dip these rolls in the egg liquid and roll it on the bread crumbs.
  9. Well now the rolls are ready to be fried. :DYummy ? .. Serve hot with tomato ketchup
