Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sprouted Green Gram
  • 2 Green chili
  • Mint small hand
  • 2 tblsp Besan flour
  • 1/4 tsp Cooking soda
  • Salt as taste
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame seed

Instructions
 

  • In a blender Add gram, chili, mint and grind well
  • Now add besan flour and mix well without lumps
  • Now add salt, mix well and rest for 10 mins
  • Now grease dokhla pale or small flat bowl and pour mixture
  • Steam for 15 mins and temper with sesame seeds and cut
  • Now its ready to serve Spouted Green Gram Dokhla
