  • Carrot(finely grated) - 1/4 cup
  • Cucumber(grated, Vellarikka) - 1/4 cup
  • Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup
  • Cabbage(finely sliced) - 1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tsp
  • Ginger(finely chopped) - 1/2 tsp
  • Curd(fresh, avoid sour curd) - 1 cup

Instructions
  1. Place the sprouted green gram in a vessel.
  2. Add carrot, cucumber, tomatoes, grated coconut, cabbage, coriander leaves, ginger, curd and required salt.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  4. Sprouted green gram salad is ready and serve.
