Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onion and saute for few minutes until onion becomes little brown.
  3. Add chopped tomato and cook for 1 minute till tomatoes become tender.
  4. Add sprouted moong dal and mix well.
  5. Pour 1 - 1.5 cups of water.
  6. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on medium flame for 10 mins. Check occasionally.
  7. Add some sugar and mix well.
  8. Transfer the contents toa serving bowl.
  9. Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
