Sprouted Moong Dal Masala
A nutritious side dish with sprouted Moong dal

Ingredients

Sprouted Moong Dal

Onion
1
no
Tomato
Cumin seeds
1
tsp
Chilli Powder
Turmeric Powder
½
tsp
Pepper Powder
Sugar
A pinch
Salt
As reqd
Water
As reqd
Instructions
Heat
oil
in a pan.
Add
cumin seeds
and then fry the
onion
till it changes colour.
Add
tomato
and fry till it becomes soft.
Add
chilli powder
,
turmeric powder
and
salt
.
Mix well and then add the sprouted dal. Stir well.
Add one cup of
water
and cover it with a lid and let it cook.
When the dal is cooked and the mixture is dry, add
pepper powder
and
sugar
.
Mix well.
:- Serve with rice or chappathis.
