Instructions
  1. soak all three moong ,cow pea and horse gram in water for 8 hrs
  2. tie in a cloth and hang it for 8 hrs
  3. again dip it in water and tie for 5-6 hrs
  4. you will get nice sprouts like this
  5. to this add spring onions
  6. in a blender beat paneer and milk for dressing
  7. add it to the salad
  8. finally add salt ,pepper and lime juice and serve
