Squid Masala – Spicy

Heat up 2 tbsp of Oil in a pan.

Add the Onions and saute well till get brown colour.

Then add the tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and saute again until all the ingredients are fairly mixed.

Throw in the Cinnamon and cumin and saute again until all the ingredients are fairly mixed and the tomato tender.

Add the chilli powder and pepper and a cup of water and mix well.

Add the squid rings, mix again, cover and cook on medium heat. :- Let it simmer down to a thick gravy.
