Squid Masala - Spicy
Squid made with spicy curried masala
Ingredients
Instructions
- Heat up 2 tbsp of Oil in a pan.
- Add the Onions and saute well till get brown colour.
- Throw in the Cinnamon and cumin and saute again until all the ingredients are fairly mixed and the tomato tender.
- Add the chilli powder and pepper and a cup of water and mix well.
- Add the squid rings, mix again, cover and cook on medium heat. :- Let it simmer down to a thick gravy.
