Ingredients: 1/2 kg Prawns; 1 no Lemon; 2 nos Onion (chopped); 1 no Capsicum (cubed); 2 pieces Ginger (crushed); 3 cloves Garlic (crushed); 1 tsp Sugar; 1 tsp Mustard; 1/2 cup Vinegar; 2 tsp Chilly powder; Salt (As reqd)

1/2 kg Prawns
1 no Lemon
2 nos Onion chopped
1 no Capsicum cubed
2 pieces Ginger crushed
3 cloves Garlic crushed
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Mustard
1/2 cup Vinegar
2 tsp Chilly powder
Salt As reqd

Instructions

For preparing srilankan fried prawns, fry prawns in oil & drain from oil.
Saute mustard, ginger, garlic and vinegar in oil.
Add sugar, salt, chilly powder and stir well.
Add lime juice, onion, capsicum and fried prawns.
Serve it with rice.
