Instructions
  1. heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and bengal gram
  2. add fenugreek and roasted groundnut and saute it
  3. add curry leaves and red chili and mix it
  4. add turmeric powder and mix it
  5. now add tamarind pulp and mix well
  6. add two glass of water and allow to cook
  7. in pan dry fry the coriander seed, cumin seed, fenugreek seed, sesame seed, broken urad dal and fry it
  8. add red chili and mix it
  9. grind it and make it fine powder
  10. add salt to the tamarind gravy and mix it and allow to cook until it get thick paste
  11. now add the masala power and mix it and turn off the flame
  12. mix with boiled rice.
  13. now srirangam puliyodhari is ready to serve.
