Instructions
  1. For preparing steam cooked fish, first clean and slit fish. Marinate it in vinegar and salt.
  2. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Lightly burn the banana leaves in gas stove.
  4. Grind the ingredients for paste and cover each fish in the paste and fold the banana leaves.
  5. Steam cook the fish for 30 minutes.
  6. Steam cooked fish is ready. Serve hot.
