Instructions For preparing steamed banana pudding, steam the bananas with the skin. Allow it to cool and then peel the skin. Smash the banana with eggs into a smooth paste. Grease a plate with ghee and put the banana mix in it. Spread it evenly. Fry the cashew nuts in ghee and spread it on the banana mix. Then spread the dates/cherries on the top of the banana mixture. Steam it in an idly vessel for 10 minutes. Allow it to cool. Steamed banana pudding is ready. Cut and serve.
