  • Boneless chicken cut in to thin pieces: 200 gms -
  • Spring onion finely chopped: 3 - 5 stalk
  • Mushrooms: 8 - 10
  • Lemon juice: ½ tbsp -
  • Garlic finely chopped: 3 - 4 cloves
  • Ginger finely chopped: ½ inch -
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp -
  • Black pepper corn crushed: 1 tsp -

Instructions
  1. Remove the skin of the mushroom, slice and wash in the cold water and keep it aside.

  3. In a bowl put all the ingredients and mix well. In this recipe, not used oil. We can add oyster sauce also with the ingredients.

  5. To Make packetTake a pieces of silver coil and half fold in one side and place the mixture. Fold the other 3 sides tightly and make a packet. Spread the mixture with hands over the coil.

  7. Boil the water keep it in the steamer and close with a lid. Steam for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from the steamer and serve hot.
